At time of purchase, the property was know as Secret Lake Resort an 800 slip RV Park.

Pictured above the 799 unit development was built in it’s entirety into 2 separate developments Aspect, a 428 unit rental apartment community and Encantada 371 unit short term rental and for sale fee simple townhome project.

Both projects were very successful and had a sellout sale price over $135 million. Upland purchased the property and permitted the project for 799 units just under the DRI threshold. The project was self contained through skillful design no offsite improvements required.

Having installed over 100,000 miles of sanitary sewer systems including depths in excess of 40’ with ultra complex dewatering apparatus, storm and potable water systems piping, water treatment plants, sewage treatment facilities, lagoon systems, sewage spray facilities and sewage and potable water pumping stations for private ownership, public utility companies, including City owned, County owned and Federally owned and funded projects, Upland is an expert at all aspects of infrastructure and gets every task completed professionally and with accuracy per the approved specifications and project drawings.
